Charter Spectrum is quite a reliable provider for our internet, TV, and phone needs. They have always focused on providing their customers with the best experience possible. This is why they have been able to get a significant market share in the industry. Anyone who is subscribed to one of their services knows they like to treat their users from time to time. With that said, you will be excited to know that the provider has announced free access to Peacock Premium to their TV subscribers for one whole year.

Who Is Eligible for This Offer?

As stated earlier, people who are subscribed to any of the three Spectrum TV packages are eligible. But apart from them, this offer is also for those who are using their internet service. Yes, you read that right! So, if you are a subscriber of Spectrum internet, you will get to enjoy Peacock as well.

Even though both the TV and internet subscribers are getting this offer, there is one difference. And it is the duration! You need to know that those who are using the provider’s cable TV service will get access to Peacock Premium for twelve months. However, those who are subscribed to any of the Spectrum internet plans will receive this offer for 90 days.

When Can You Avail This Offer?

Charter Spectrum offering Peacock Premium to its subscribers at no additional cost is a pretty big deal. This became possible when they partnered with Comcast’s NBCUniversal. And this offer became available on Monday (Dec. 13). Spectrum’s EVP of Programming Acquisition, Tom Montemagno announced this news by stating that they would be allowing subscribers to get greater access to Peacock’s sports, entertainment, and news programming. He also said that as the video landscape was changing rapidly, the provider was committed to finding new ways to provide valuable content to their customers. And this is the first step.

The NBCU’s Chairman of Content Distribution, Matt Bond was also happy to team up with the provider. He said that Peacock was an important network for those who rely on NBCUniversal to provide a rich supply of content, including sports, news, and entertainment programming. Bond then shared how thrilled he was with the partnership and to offer Peacock Premium to their subscribers.

What Does This Mean for the Subscribers?

Gaining access to Peacock Premium is cool, but what does it offer to the subscribers? The answer is simple, more content! You will now have a ton of shows to watch, and that too for free. You may not know this but having Peacock added to your Spectrum TV Silver channel lineup is the best thing ever, as the network features a ton of great programs that will keep you glued to your couch.

Peacock has its own exclusive shows. Some of them include Dan Brown’s The Lost Symbol, and Dr. Death, The Girl in the Woods, and One of Us Is Lying. If you are into comedy, then shows like Rutherford Falls, Saved by the Bell, and Girls5eva will definitely crack you up. Those of you interested in reality shows will be delighted to know that the channel offers plenty of that as well. Some of them include Siwa’s Dance Pop Revolution and Paris in Love. But that’s not all! You will be ecstatic to know that the channel is about to introduce many new shows like Queer as Folk, Bust Down, and Wolf Like Me.
