1. RLP- 1001
RLP- 1001 is one of the most common error codes that almost every Spectrum user has come across. Luckily, this one is not complicated!
It’s a connectivity issue. It can also mean that something is preventing the user’s device from getting connected to the provider’s servers.
- Make sure that the router is functioning properly.
- If there is nothing wrong with the router, then clear the app cache. You can do so by going to the app settings.
- Uninstall and reinstall the application if the problem doesn’t go away.
2. SUC- 1107
This error code will appear when you are trying to access those channels that are not a part of your Spectrum TV package.
SUC- 1107 directly indicates that the channels that you are trying to watch cannot be accessed. And you will need to upgrade your subscription to enjoy them.
- If you want to get rid of this Spectrum cable box error code, then it is advised to call the provider and ask to either change your subscription or upgrade it.
3. Error 7
No error code is more frustrating than Error 7. When this issue pops up, you will notice a pink light on your router. The reason why this issue is so annoying is that no one can correctly figure out the problem.
Error 7 indicates many different issues. Therefore, it is really difficult to find out the exact problem. However, the majority of the time, this error is linked with hardware failures.
- The first step you should do is to check if the wires are fine. Usually, fault wires or loose connection is the major cause behind this issue.

4. DVS- 1001

DVS- 1001 will appear when you are not using your own Wi-Fi connection. And so, the channels that you are trying to access are not available on the new internet connection. The main issue here is that you are not using your regular Wi-Fi which is attached to the service. Hence, the problem surfaced.
- To make this error code disappear, make sure that you are connected to your Spectrum internet.
- In case you are, then restart the application. And once you do that, try if you can access the channels.
5. RGE- 1001
If you have been a Spectrum user for a while, then the chances are that you have encountered this error at least once. This error usually surfaces when people try to use the Roku device for streaming.
RGE- 1001 appears when two devices are using the same Spectrum account simultaneously.
- If you ever face this issue, then consider reinstalling the application on your Roku device. Also, when you are doing that, remember to sign out from the account which you are using before switching devices. This most likely will solve the issue.
- If there are two or more devices being used, then try logging out from one or more and just leave one logged in. You can use this device to enjoy your content.
